TINTEX BETS ON INTERLOCK STRUCTURES TO DAZZLE AT PV

In order to remain active in the textile community, Tintex Textiles will participate in the digital edition of PV, which will take place from February 15th to 19th on the platform of the Parisian fair. The interlock structures are the great novelty that the mesh specialist company will present.

“The physical presence is, in our point of view, still essential in our industry. The contact between people and the technical component of seeing and feeling the materials are very important. However, the digital version allows flexibility in appointments and commitments, in addition to reducing significantly the logistics costs”, says CEO Ricardo Silva, who nonetheless is very optimistic for this next edition.

“Despite being aware that the digital version does not resemble the physical experience of PV, we are participating with an open mind, and with the expectation that interesting opportunities will arise”, concludes Ricardo Silva.

Focused on customers from Central Europe and the United States, Tintex Textiles will present a collection with “versatile, timeless materials, mostly interlock structures, transversal to various clothing segments”, adds the company’s CEO.

The participation of Portuguese SME companies in PV is framed by the From Portugal project, an initiative of Selectiva Moda and ATP - Textile and Clothing Association of Portugal, which aims to promote the internationalization of Portuguese companies in the fashion area. The “From Portugal” project is co-financed by Portugal 2020, within the scope of Compete 2020 - Operational Program for Competitiveness and Internationalization.
